Our Bronze package which is a standard directory listing is free. For enhanced listings we offer Silver and Gold packages at an annual fee of £100 and £250 respectively. |
| Can I update or change my listing once I have submitted it? |
Yes, you will have full control over your listing once it has been reviewed and authorised by the VLMdirect team. |
| What does 'Pending' mean? |
- All properties in a 'Pending' state are currently being reviewed by the VLMdirect team.
- All properties in a 'Pending' state are not listed on www.vlmdirect.com. |
| What can/can't I do whilst my property is in a 'Pending' state? |
- You may add/edit the properties details, photos, rooms, rates, features and description.
- You may preview your property on the www.vlmdirect.com website.
- Your property will not be viewable to the public on www.vlmdirect.com. |
| How long does the reviewing process take? |
On average all new listings are reviewed within 24 business hours (Mon - Fri).
Note: To help speed up the reviewing process please provide as much information about your property at all times. |
| What happens after my listing has been reviewed and authorised? |
Once your listing has been reviewed and authorised it will be activated and listed in our hotel directory. We will email you to confirming that your listing has been activated. You will be notified by email should we require further information before authorising your property. |
